Rusty Wells is a San
Francisco-based, world-traveled teacher of Bhakti Flow, a
form of yoga wrapped in love and devotion. His teaching
philosophy is based on the idea that through the practice of
yoga, we can actually reduce suffering in this world, and at
the heart of the individual yoga practice is the discovery
of universal oneness. He has been inspired by many wonderful
teachers including Shri Dharma Mittra, Pandit Rajmani
Tigunait, Swami Sivananda, and pretty much everyone he gets
to meet. Rusty, and his unique, challenging, vibrant style
of yoga, has been featured in numerous publications,
including Yoga Journal, Yogi Times, 7X7, Breathe Magazine,
San Francisco Chronicle, Bay Guardian, and San Francisco
Magazine, among others.
Rusty is a
fully accredited, Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, and leads
public classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training
programs around the world. He is the producer of the Bhakti
Urban Flow Video and Audio home practice series and the
founder of Bhakti Flow Teacher Training
A flow class with Rusty is a journey
in itself. Powerful and dynamic, it is a high intensity
athletic workout, in which you to shed not only sweat and
toxins but other things that weigh you down in life.
Emotions flow, mental obstacles rise and fall, as the heart
of compassion opens. You step away feeling peculiarly
lighter, stronger, and clearer. You are on your yoga path.

Vivi Letsou,
a
native of Greece has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years in
California before moving back to Athens in 2004 to open NYSY Yoga Studio with
her husband. Her teaching style is lively and compassionate; with each class
she likes to lead the students on a journey that is fun, empowering, and
enlightening. Inspired by her beloved zen meditation teacher Reb Anderson, she
focuses on the meditative aspect of our physical practice.
Anusara has helped her to find what she was looking for in Yoga: the balance
between the physical practice and the spiritual quest, and she owes much to her
yoga partner and good friend Todd Tesen for introducing her to their teacher
John Friend. In the last two decades she also practiced and taught Tri Yoga,
Ashtanga, and Bhakti Flow and feels great gratitude for all her teachers. In
California she worked for many years as a director and film producer—surviving
only thanks to yoga and zen meditation.
Todd Tesen,
an enthusiastic and passionate certified Anusara teacher coming from Los Angeles
Ca. He began his intensive Yoga practice 15 years ago with Ashtanga Yoga and
then found Anusara Yoga in 2001. Upon this discovery, he has studied extensively
with Anusara founder John Friend, and Dr Douglas Brooks, who is amongst the
leading scholars of the Hindu Rajanaka philosophy. Through their guidance, he
has become an excellent example that anything is possible. Having taught
nationally in the USA and in Mexico, he has also traversed Europe, teaching in
the UK, Germany, Spain and Greece. His teaching is playful and uplifting,
creating a sound support where the student can ask of themselves what is truly
possible and how deeply they wish to know themselves.
Todd creates a sacred space for his students to risk, to play, to discover their
full empowerment. He has taught work shops in Athens and is also displayed in
the Greek Yoga World magazine Issue May June 2007.
