Chakras Part I: An introduction*

Learn about the seven main chakras and how to better balance them to express your full magnificence.
As a true Chakra specialist, and creator of a system that boosts chakra energy, Vicki will lead us into a journey of our body’s energetic system, the 7 chakras. With theory and practice for understanding, and balancing our chakras for a full healthy life.

Sunday April 25, 2-5.30pm
Chakras Part II: Chakras & Anusara

Designed for Yoga Teachers, but great for anyone who wants to understand how the chakras relate to and elucidate the Anusara Principles, Heart Qualities and Focal Points. We will practice exercises for teaching to students’ energy body.

Credit hours: 10

If you are already a certified 200 hour teacher, this program could count towards your 500 hour program at NYSY.

It also qualifies for yoga alliance, as a 10 hour continuing education credit.

Vicki Howie, MA, has been teaching yoga classes and workshops with joyful enthusiasm and an emphasis on the divine feminine and the chakras.
