Let’s initiate our weekend together as a living prayer wheel, experiencing our community with vision and peace prayers. This will be a full spectrum experience of standing poses, basic backbends, hip openers, meditation and circle movement to increase the overall harmony in our lives.

Connect with Love: Backbends
All Levels
Come play in the field of Love and revel in the power of the heart through backbends. Bring your enthusiasm, willingness to move, sweat, transform and laugh.
Saturday 2-4.30pm,
Be the Dream: Hip Openers
All Levels
Following the rhythm of the day, this afternoon session will turn inside with a more introspective practice of hip openers, twists and forward folds. These poses help us to cultivate self-acceptance, appreciation and allowance for the flow of light to bring our highest dreams into reality.

Anusara Yoga Jam: Arm Balances & Deeper Backbends
Intermediate/Advanced
Jump in and explore the edge in this lively and up-tempo practice of arm balances and deeper backbends. Together as community we will raise the vibration of love and lift each other to new heights. Be ready to alchemize!

Sianna Sherman
is an internationally recognized Anusara Yoga teacher who delights in story-telling, poetry, spontaneous dance and long walks in nature. She began her studies of yoga in 1989 and subsequently had the great blessing of meeting her primary mentor John Friend in 1995. She appears regularly in Yoga Journal magazine, teaches worldwide and devotes herself to the Tantric embrace of the fullness of life.
